I bought these at a sample sale and had them tailored specifically for my husband. The leg was taken in and tapered to accommodate his legs. Pics with measurements Listed below. These would work for tall people with long, slender legs. He only wore these a handful of times and they are in great condition! Some minor pilling in the crotch (pictured) and overall. Some faded color around waistband. Fabric is Cotton Twill.
